"In March 1995, I injured my back at work, and have been unable to go back to work ever since. I suffer from chronic back pain on my left side and my lower back. I was unable to sleep on my left side or my back. I was also using a cane because it was very hard for me to walk around the house or outside in order to go to my appointments, do errands, etc. As a matter of fact, I couldn't even sit for a very long time without feeling pain. However, after I was introduced to the Bio-Mat my life hasn't been the same. I feel my pain eased in all parts of my body as nothing I have ever used before. When I sit down to watch television, or at a desk to write a letter, I am able to sit long, with less pain. Furthermore, when I am walking somewhere, I have less need of my cane.
